2026 Open Enrollment
This year's Open Enrollment is passive: your current 2025 elections automatically roll over to 2026 unless you make changes in Ceridian. It's the only time you can change benefits unless you have a qualifying life event.
Important: you MUST actively enroll to have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or any Flexible Spending Account (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter, Transit, and Parking) in 2026.
What's new for 2026
- Medical premiums will increase for 2026. Dental and vision premiums stay the same.
- NEW! Tria Health: a pharmacist-led chronic condition management benefit.
- Wellthy now also offers natural disaster support, health advocacy, and pet care support.
- Hearing aids for children up to 18 years old are now covered.
- The $3,300 HDHP becomes the $3,400 HDHP to meet updated IRS rules.
- The Wellworks Wellness Deal premium credit is not offered in 2026.
How to enroll
- 1Log into Ceridian through the MyApps page.
- 2Select the Benefits icon.
- 3Click the "Start Enrollment" button.
- 4Review and make your elections, then select "Submit Enrollment".
- 5Save or print the "Congratulations" screen. It's your only confirmation, because no email is sent.
Information sessions
ACA HR will walk you through your 2026 benefits, introduce helpful tools, and answer your questions. Both sessions cover the same content, so you only need to attend one. They're optional but highly encouraged.
