Enrollment & Eligibility

At a Glance

• 2026 Open Enrollment runs November 3–14 and is passive: your 2025 elections roll over unless you make changes in Ceridian.
• You MUST actively re-enroll in the HSA and all FSAs (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter, Transit, Parking) to have them in 2026.
• Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible. Dependents include your spouse, domestic partner, and children up to the end of the month they turn 26.
• 2026 coverage starts January 1. New hires are covered on the first of the month after their hire date.
• Qualifying life events (marriage, birth, adoption, loss of coverage, etc.) must be reported to ACA HR within 30 days.
• To enroll: MyApps → Ceridian → Benefits → Start Enrollment → Submit Enrollment. Save or print the confirmation screen, because no email is sent.
